The Pilates bar, also known as a "gymstick", is a bar with elastic bands useful for training and toning all parts of your body, to keep at home or to take with you to the fitness room.
Comfortable and versatile, it is a metal bar covered with a rigid foam cover to which two elastic bands with handles at the ends are connected.
