What are the Seven Chakras?

The term "Chakra" means "wheel" and it symbolizes the flow of life energy in our body. When all the seven Chakras are open we feel full of energy and we have a positive mind, on the contrary, when one of the is clogged or stuck we suffer from physical or emotional problems. 

It is important to keep our seven chakras open and balanced so that the life energy can flow freely through our body and mind.

Each color represents a Chakra: jasper, pink, carnelian, yellow, green, orange and red.
